Privacy Policy
This policy describes what personal data we collect through aikahladikova.cz, why we process it, and what rights you have. The site is built with privacy in mind – it uses no tracking cookies and no third-party tools.

What we process and why
Contact form
When you write to us through the contact form, we process your name, e-mail address and message in order to answer your enquiry.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to your message (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or steps prior to entering a contract if you ask about a specific work.
- Retention: for the duration of our correspondence and then for no longer than 2 years, after which the message is deleted.
- Spam protection: for technical reasons we briefly process your IP address, but we do not store it in its original form – only an irreversible fingerprint (hash) is kept.
Visitor statistics
We keep simple, anonymous visit statistics: page-view counts, the visitor's approximate country (derived from the IP address on the server, but the IP address itself is not stored), and the referring website. The data is aggregate only, contains no cookies, does not profile anyone and cannot identify a specific person.
Cookies
The site uses no analytics, marketing or tracking cookies. The only cookie used is a technical (essential) one, serving solely to log in to the site administration – it is not set for ordinary visitors. The site therefore requires no cookie consent and shows no cookie banner.
Hosting and operation
The site is hosted with WEDOS Internet, a.s. (Czech Republic, EU), which as a processor operates the server and may temporarily keep technical data such as the IP address in server logs for security and operation of the service.
Data sharing
We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes, nor do we transfer it outside the European Union. Only the controller and, to the necessary extent, the hosting provider have access to it.
Your rights
In relation to the processing of your personal data you have the right:
- to access your data and obtain a copy,
- to rectification of inaccurate data,
- to erasure (the "right to be forgotten"),
- to restriction of processing,
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- to data portability.
You can exercise your rights at info@aikahladikova.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic, www.uoou.cz).
