Someone left the door open and the dogs escaped. It will be up to me to look for them again, he said angrily. He had told the children so many times to keep the door closed. He stood up heavily, took his jacket off the rack and went out to look for the dogs. Within moments he found them with the children. They were standing on the hill above the house, watching. Daddy, have a look, his daughter called to him. It’s beautiful, isn’t it? It is, little girl. It’s beautiful. They were looking up at the reddish sky.
